Why I built Cardinal
Cardinal is built for people with the drive to change. You’ve felt the spark — what you need now is to know where to point it. The information that would get you there isn’t secret, but it’s often covered by the white noise of modern society. My job is to cut through the noise, find the few things that actually matter for your goal, and together, turn them into a plan you can execute. Inspiration lights the spark. Discipline, carefully crafted over time, is what carries it.

How does this work if you’re not there?
Most weeks look the same regardless of where you are. The program lands in Trainerize at the start of the week. You train through the week and log your sets, reps, and how it felt. We talk on a scheduled check-in once a week. Between calls I’m reviewing what you logged, adjusting the plan, and answering questions. You’re not training alone — you’re training inside a plan with a coach watching the numbers.
I don’t have time. How does this fit?
The plan adapts to your week, not the other way around. The intake conversation maps your real schedule before any program is written. Most clients train three to four hours a week. Miss a session? The next week is adjusted from what actually happened, not what was supposed to.
